At J&S Floral, all floral arrangements are custom-made and crafted with fresh, perishable flowers. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns

We do not accept returns on any floral arrangements, bouquets, or related products.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any orders once they have been placed, processed, shipped, or delivered.

Flower Availability & Substitutions

Flowers may vary based on seasonal availability and freshness. While specific blooms may be substituted, we will maintain the overall color palette, style, and quality of the arrangement. Variations in flower selection do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via UPS Express Shipping. Once an order has been shipped, J&S Floral is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or delivery issues beyond our control.
